Who are we?

What data do we process?

When you contact us or request a quote, we process the data you provide yourself: name, email address, phone number, project location and the description of your project (possibly with plans or photos).

What do we use it for?

• To answer your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures).
• To carry out and invoice the work if you become a customer (performance of the contract and legal obligations).

We do not use your data for advertising and never sell it to third parties.

How long do we keep it?

Quote requests that lead nowhere are kept for up to 2 years. Customer and invoice data are kept as long as accounting law requires (currently 10 years).

Sharing with third parties

Requests sent through the forms, including attachments, end up in our customer management system (Odoo), which only our staff can access.

We only share data with parties we need to provide our services, such as our accountant or IT suppliers, and only within the European Union or with appropriate safeguards.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may pass your IP address to Google.

To improve the website we anonymously count which pages are visited, which website visitors come from and whether someone clicks call, WhatsApp or a download. We use no cookies for this and keep no IP address or other data that could identify you.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. To do so, send an email to soiltek@soiltek.be. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
