One partner for your whole foundation

From a garden shed to an apartment building: we combine geotechnical know-how with sustainable solutions for stable ground.

Screw piles

Prefabricated steel screw piles for new foundations. Installed without vibrations, without digging and load-bearing immediately.

Foundation repair with Magnum Push Piers

Subsidence or cracks? We press steel Magnum Push Piers hydraulically into the bearing layer and connect them to your existing foundation with steel brackets.

Subsidence survey

We map the cause of the cracking and advise the most efficient repair method.

Expanding resin: Deep Lift & Slab Lift

Through 12 mm holes we inject an expanding resin under foundations or floors. The ground is compacted, and what has subsided we lift back in a controlled way.

Foundation repair · Magnum Push Piers

Cracks in the wall? Stabilise your house with Magnum Push Piers.

For foundation repair we use Magnum Push Piers, a proven American system by Magnum Piering. Under the existing foundation we fit a steel bracket; through it we press high-strength steel tubes of Ø 76 mm into the ground segment by segment, using the weight of the building as reaction. The pier goes as deep as needed: until it rests on a bearing layer.

  • Every pier tested individually: after installation we hold the test pressure for at least 15 minutes
  • Allowable compression load up to 35 US tons per pier (MP325R)
  • If required, we lift the foundation back in a controlled way
  • Carried out from the outside: you can keep living in your home during the works
  • Installation record with depth and pressure per pier

Soiltek Deep Lift: strengthening the ground under your foundation, without digging.

Through or next to the footing we drill holes of 12 to 16 mm, every 60 to 80 cm. Through injection lances down to ± 3.5 m we inject a two-component resin into the ground. It expands at once, fills voids, compacts the ground and forms a network of lamellae. The resin finds the weakest zones by itself. As soon as the ground offers enough resistance, the expansion turns into an upward force; our lasers measure it to the millimetre. That way we know for each injection point that the bearing capacity is restored.

  • No digging, only small drill holes, usually from the outside
  • The load stays evenly spread under the whole foundation
  • Usually 1 to 2 working days, you stay in your home
  • Continuous laser monitoring, controlled lifting if needed
  • 30-year warranty on the resin

Floor repair · Expanding resin

Soiltek Slab Lift: subsided concrete floors back to level.

In a subsided industrial or garage floor we drill 12 mm holes every 1 to 2 m. The resin first fills the voids under the floor, then compacts the subgrade and, where the structure allows, lifts the floor in a controlled way under continuous laser control.

  • 90% of final strength after ± 15 minutes: the floor can be used again straight away
  • Light material (± 85 kg/m³), so hardly any extra load on the ground
  • Free of CFCs and formaldehyde, also allowed in water catchment areas

Subsidence survey

First the cause, then the solution.

Not every crack means a foundation problem. We examine the crack pattern, the soil and the existing foundation, and only then advise which technique is needed: Magnum Push Piers, Deep Lift, Slab Lift or sometimes simply monitoring.

Why Soiltek

Every foundation technique under one roof

Most suppliers sell one system. We start from your soil and your loads, and then choose the technique that really fits.

techniques

Ground screws, screw piles, Magnum Push Piers and expanding resin (Deep Lift & Slab Lift). Chosen by need, not by habit.

EC7

aligned with your engineer

We provide the manufacturer's capacity data to Eurocode 7 and align the pile proposal with your structural engineer, based on CPTs or the Flemish DOV soil database.

1 per pile

installation record

We record the installation torque or jacking pressure and the depth of every pile, and give you an installation report.

Own

crews and machines

Hydraulic tracked machines and Prodig and Digga drive heads with installation torque up to 132 kNm, plus hand-held machines and an excavator on a pontoon: we install ourselves, also in back gardens, tunnels and on the water.

30 years

warranty on our expanding resin

The resin we inject under foundations and floors keeps its volume: it does not shrink, settle or degrade in the ground.

Why screw piles?

Better than a concrete foundation

A screw pile is screwed into the ground until it reaches the required bearing capacity. You build on the same day: no site waste, no curing time and a fraction of the CO₂ emissions.

Battery energy storage (BESS)

Foundations for battery containers, without a concrete slab.

Battery parks need to be built fast and often sit on soft or made ground. Instead of a concrete slab on hardcore, screw piles carry a steel frame to which the containers are fixed directly.

  • Minimal groundwork: set out the piles, check for utilities and install
  • Up to about 50 piles per day per crew: the schedule stays under control
  • Pile heads aligned to the millimetre for a level container frame
  • Design based on CPTs, bearing capacity measured per pile
  • Removable and reusable at the end of service life
  • 60–80% less CO₂ than a concrete foundation

Products & quality

Galvanised screw piles from Finland

Our piles come from Paalupiste Oy, a Finnish manufacturer of screw piles since 2001. CE-marked and made under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.

Screw pile

The standard for foundations without concrete. Screwed down to frost-free depth and the required bearing capacity, and removable later.

Winged pile

Fins at the top of the pile give extra lateral support, so a smaller diameter is enough: ideal for free-standing structures with high wind loads.

Block pile

A special concrete block stiffens the pile head laterally. Cost-saving under noise barriers, where long, heavy piles would otherwise be needed.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know

Can't find your question? Get in touch and we'll be glad to help.

How long does a screw pile last?

Our piles are made of galvanised steel. Depending on the soil we count on a service life of several decades, comparable to traditional foundations.

What are Magnum Push Piers?

Steel tube piers from the American brand Magnum Piering, developed specifically to underpin existing foundations. A hydraulic jack presses them into the ground under your foundation down to a bearing layer, and a steel bracket then connects them to the foundation. Because the building itself acts as the counterweight, we know after installation the load each pier carries.

Push piers or expanding resin: what is the difference?

Magnum Push Piers are steel piers that we press down to a deep bearing layer; they carry the foundation at points. With expanding resin (Deep Lift) we strengthen the ground itself under the whole foundation, without digging. Resin is ideal when the weak ground is shallow; if the bearing layers are deeper, we choose push piers, or a combination of both.

Do I need a building permit?

That depends on the structure itself, not on the type of foundation. Screw piles are generally accepted wherever a concrete foundation is allowed. If in doubt, check with your local council.

What if there are stones or rubble in the ground?

Where needed we pre-drill or choose a suitable pile type. During installation we measure the torque, so the bearing capacity is assured.

Can you work in places that are hard to reach?

Yes. With hand-held machines we can even work in back gardens, cellars or through a narrow passage.

What does a screw pile foundation cost?

The price depends on the number of piles, their length and access. For smaller projects the total cost is often lower than concrete, because digging, removal and waiting time disappear. Request a free quote for an exact price.
