Slab Lift: subsided concrete floors back to level

We inject expanding resin under your floor. It first fills the voids, then compacts the subgrade and lifts the floor in a controlled way. No demolition, no new screed, and usable again after ± 15 minutes.

When to choose it

  • Subsided garage, warehouse or industrial floors
  • Hollow sound or rocking floor slabs
  • Steps at the joints, dangerous for forklifts
  • Floors on poorly compacted fill
  • Production cannot stop for long

How it works

How we work

  1. 01

    Survey

We measure the floor and find where and by how much it has subsided.

  2. 02

    Drilling

Every 1 to 2 m we drill holes of 12 mm in the floor.

  3. 03

    Injection and lift

The resin fills the voids, compacts the subgrade and lifts the floor under continuous laser control.

  4. 04

    Finishing

We seal the holes. After ± 15 minutes the resin reaches 90% of its final strength: the floor can be used again.

Frequently asked questions

How far can a floor be lifted?

That depends on the floor and what stands on it. Usually a few millimetres to a few centimetres; we stop as soon as the floor is level.

Can the warehouse stay open?

Yes, we work zone by zone. A treated zone can be used again after ± 15 minutes.

Isn't a new floor better?

A new floor means demolition, weeks of downtime and higher costs. As long as the slab itself is sound, lifting with resin is faster and cheaper.

Does this also work for terraces or driveways?

Yes, we also lift subsided concrete terraces, driveways and outdoor slabs.
