When to choose it

  • New or growing cracks, especially stepped cracks in brickwork
  • Cracks wider than ± 2 mm, or that change after winter or summer
  • Doors and windows that stick
  • You are buying or selling a house with cracks
  • You want to know whether repair is needed or monitoring is enough

How we work

  1. 01

    Intake

You send photos of the cracks and the address. We check the soil map and available soundings in advance.

  2. 02

    Site visit

We map the crack pattern, measure crack widths and level differences and inspect the foundation.

  3. 03

    Monitoring

Where needed we fit crack gauges to see whether the cracks are still moving.

  4. 04

    Advice

You get clear advice: Magnum Push Piers, Deep Lift, Slab Lift, a combination, or simply monitoring.

Frequently asked questions

When is a crack dangerous?

Stepped cracks, cracks wider than ± 2 mm and cracks that keep growing often point to subsidence. Hairline cracks in plaster are usually harmless.

What does a subsidence survey cost?

You get a fixed price in advance. If you then let us carry out the repair, the survey is deducted.

Does my insurance cover foundation repair?

That depends on the cause and your policy. Our report helps you discuss it with your insurer.

Not sure which technique your home needs?

Send us a few photos of the cracks. We visit without obligation and advise the right approach.
